Wow, that was useless information. Why is a Division II school trying to push their way into the conversation?

In comparison to many other Virginia shools, I'm proud to acknowledge Old Dominion's numbers are a little skewed ....... due to the fact 25% of our student body has an affiliation with the US military. In fact any active duty military, spouse, or dependent with a Virginia duty station, regardless of where they may be from originally, are considerd in-state and get Virginia in-state tuition rates at ODU. And as home to the worlds largest naval base plus several other military installations, there are a ton of those people who start at ODU, get transfered by the military, and consequently don't finish here.
