Exclamation I think football is going to be different!
The Tiger offense, directed by 6-7 sophomore-to-be Paxton Lynch, has drawn praise from Fuente through three weeks of workouts for its execution in what will be a faster-paced, no-huddle attack. As reported by the CA's Phil Stukenborg.

“By the looks of it, we’re going to play a lot faster,” Lynch said. “Last year we were huddling up. We did this a little bit last year, but now it’s all about how fast we can push it. He tells the quarterbacks every day to go as fast as you can go.”

This is how CJF has wanted to play since he arrived. I am optimistic about the upcoming season, and I believe we will surprise quite a few people.

Has Lynch rid himself of that god-awful hitch in his passing motion?
I don't believe he'll get a lot better if he doesn't.

If he sticks with it, even if there are problems at first, it could really be a difference maker.

Well considering what he stepped into when he got here and the strides he's made he HAS to be feeling better. Don't know how that will translate to wins/losses though.

I hope coach is smart enough to keep our signals and audibles from being stolen. Or at least to smart enough to realize when they are.

We learned from the Superbowl that the easiest way to defeat the hurry up is to react to their signals. I would think coaches would be moving away from that strategy because of that, but here we are running into it full bore.

So when the season starts, see if you can tell what we are going to do from the posters on the sidelines and the audibles at the line. If you can tell, the other team can tell. And if you can tell, tell the coach. For some reason, football coaches aren't as savvy as baseball managers.

Unless someone comes in and just completely runs the offense with out any errors and can make all the throws and has that Air of a true leader about them it will be Lynch .

Coach has had this goal from day one. He just needed to get the players to execute it. Good times are ahead!

Anything we can do to emulate Oregon is a good thing. JMTC

After what we saw last year from JF, it will be a cold day in Hades before someone else starts in front of Lynch. Lynch will start...no question. Unless he is injured, and even then JF will play him.
