Or maybe it's because they're tired of seeing top 5 recruiting classes underachieve year after year after year

So tired of it that you see the need to create a half dozen ID's each and trash a message board. It's a shame that piece of crap YMT is gone; most of you would still be there.
Why are you so hostile? Is that what the truth does to you. You're not going to show up at my front door, are you?
And anyway, people with dissenting opinions are forced to create multiple id's on this board cuz they either get their posts deleted or are banned

I don't blame you for doing it; nobody will do a thing to stop it. I think it's great that posters can call Pastner every bad name in the book, but when a poster suggests that Larry Eustachy would be a good choice to replace Pastner; you aren't allowed to call that poster a brainless ninny.

I bet you won't put letters in place of the *'s. And no, it's not better to be a bully behind a keyboard. But show me what you are made of and spell it out.

See, you are wanting to make this about Pastner and his record...I'm just making it about the situation at hand....I get it, you guys hate Pastner and wish he was gone.....what does that matter about a school taking a chance on a guy over a by chance tourney run?

Sorry, I was referring to zero Sweet 16 appearances. I am really truly sorry we haven't gotten to the Sweet 16 with all these kids who were blue-chippers and McDonalds All-Americans out of high school.

These threads really have got old. I think the mods just don't care anymore about moderating. The horse died a week ago yet this same drivel is started anew each day.

RE: ESPN says Marquette targeting Cuonzo Martin...
If Pastner duplicated at USC what he's done his first 5 years here, I'm sure they'd been singing his praises. As a matter of fact, that would be for the majority of Div. 1 schools. Unfortunately for Pastner, most believe we have the resources of a top 15 program, and if that's the case, we should at least advance every other year past the round of 32. Even before Cal, fans expected around the same.

"Teams" typically advance, not a collection of blue chippers with individual agendas. Kentucky is the exception to the rule. Cal is a great motivator, but I imagine many of those players are motivated more by raising their draft status, and what better way to do it than in the tourney.

For what exactly? Being something other than a sunshine pumper? I've probably been a Tiger fan since before you were a gleam in your daddy's eye. Tiger basketball is better than this crap we've been dealt the last five years.
