Isn't that around 15 million dollars, spread out over the next 6 years?

that's SOLID $$$ coupled with 23 million in bowl payouts.

what do the women's NCAA credits pay?

Probably not much. The men's deal is worth $10.8 billion over 14 years. The women's tournament is just a part of a $500 million deal (over 12 years IIRC) that includes other things like the international broadcast rights of the men's tournament, FCS playoff games, college world series for baseball and softball, and a bunch of other championships like lax, track, bowling, etc.

If this pattern continues
Each AAC school would get 1.36 million per year
Each MWC school would get 500k per year
Each Big East school would get 900k

A bit more. Remember that ECU and the others are getting a part of the previous years units earned by Big East schools that left as well as the exit payments.

The money earned from this year will be part of next years payout so you are talking about a payment on 86 units next year or 21.5 million

76 of those units are part of the agreement already split
10 or 2.5 million are not and would probably be split evenly among next years 11 schools.

The AAC schools would get more ($1.8million each) because the split is only 8 ways. No Louisville and No Rutgers.

Yeah but as I pointed above many of those units have already been split as part of the conference forming

RE: NCAA basketball units for this year
From the 60/40 split announced from exit fees and basketball units plus the 10 shares earned this year to be divided evenly among the 11 playing members next year.
The payouts should be next year
UConn,UC and USF around 3.5 million
The other 8 members about 1 million

Those amounts will increase each year as more units are split evenly between the members and are added to the core from the split

Actually the 10 earned this year aren't counted in that as we did not what they would be if any, they will be in addition so,

Old BE 3, 3.5 + share of this years credits + TV pay out = 5.5+
The rest 1 + share of this years credits + TV pay out = 3.5+

RE: NCAA basketball units for this year
Between basketball units, football playoff money, TV money and Big East exit fee money, I expect schools not named UConn, Cincy and USF to earn about $6-7M a year in the AAC. Those 3 will get more because their exit fee portion is much higher.

Correct for the next 6 years those three will earn 6-7 million a year the others will earn around 4-5 million
