It wasn't an article - this was discussed at organized meetings around the Bedford, VA area.

The men claimed to be bear hunting Apple Orchard Mountain near the Peaks of Otter when a UN Officer wearing a blue helmet confronted them. He showed them credentials and then told them they were not allowed to be in the area. The men were then escorted off the mountain.

I personally saw a military convoy camping at Otter Creek campground (closed due to funding) along the Blue Ridge Parkway about 20 miles North of the conflict during this period, so personally I believe the men's story.

It's a long video but I will try and explain.

The video is from a small business owner that makes those survival meals that last for years. According to him, FEMA sent him a letter asking him how much inventory he has, how quickly could he ship all of it and how fast can he make more.

He believes that this means FEMA is gearing up for a major disaster.
