English teacher cringe.

Ollie is a good guy. His best coaching is to play Napier, Boatwright and Daniels as much as possible.

I don't think we had a guy on our team this year that could get the numbers that any of those 3 got against a team like Iowa State.

Ah that's ok, I can live with that. His elocution may not be great, but he sure can coach basketball. He wins. Funny how having a coach who actually knows what he is doing makes that happen, unlike Josh "I coach by feel" Pastner.

you indict pastner with either argument. on one hand, you can argue pastner failed to make a deep tournament run because he can't coach. on the other hand, you can say pastner failed to make a deep tournament run because he didn't have a shabazz napier. however, pastner did recruit the players he did have. does he not know how to evaluate talent? does he not know how to coach them up?

Even a Kevin Ollie thread gets derailed in Pastner bashing.
