I am going and planning on bringing my walking shoes. Many people in this state have never seen a MLB team live and will be making their first trip to Regions for this reason. I fully expect to see 2000 cars show up 15 minutes before the game with people asking where the parking lot is.

I'd go but it sold out before I could think about buying tickets...

I'll be there! Looking forward to it! I'm planning on making the trip to Montgomery to watch them play the Biscuits next weekend as well.

Montgomery is playing Tampa Bay tomorrow afternoon. I wish I would have planned it better and bought tix for that game as well. Ive never been to their stadium but ive heard it and the area around it are both really cool.

Biggest crowd in Regions Field's short history. Barons commit 5 errors leading to 4 unearned runs and lose 5-2. White Sox played most everybody and used a bunch of pitchers. Guy who started the game is the season opener for Chicago (Lundstrom).
