i find it interesting that 2 of the projected top 4 non-p5 qbs (carden and terrence broadway ULL) were both rejected by houston at different points for piland only to have piland lead us to our worst 2 seasons in a decade.

carden was expected to come to houston but we decided not to offer him late and instead went with piland and broadway was a 4star recruit who came in with piland but was never given a shot and transferred to ULL.

It will be interesting to see how ECU handles the hype. There are plenty of senior leaders, but its rare air for the Pirates.

Yes it does when we have played recently and after a one year split will back in the same conference it does. 6th place my arse. We get UCF at home and Ciny on the road and don't play UH. Top 3 should be a reachable with a championship being the primary goal.

I'd say over-all record is important but what is more important is the '09 championship game because so much was at stake.




I think there is actually a lot of traction for a solid rivalry between ECU and UH. Both our fan bases are good at getting under each other's skin and the two programs are always gonna be perennial contenders.
