Thanks

That was the fastest I ever deleted a game.

Yeah, I deleted it with about 8 minutes to go in the game.

I can't get over it. I can only hope what wasn't shown got a lot better.

Our dance team looked like they put on a good half time show!

That was 'inspiring', one might say...

I went to New York once for Christmas. I was really wanting our players to make it too, even though it would have been in the spring.

He obviously has no control over his team though

I wager you have never been in control of anything and never been in a locker room.
Im not sure what my background has to do with anything

You make a baseless accusation that he has no control over his team. Yet you cannot provide a shred of evidence to support your claim. Other than your 'feelings'. So your judgment is obviously lacking which points to a background of 'limited ability' to judge leadership.

Actually, I thought the dance routine they showed on TV looked a little out of sync and lacked the "snap" that is usually there.

RE: Video of Pregame "Pep" Talk?
If one of a team's *defining characteristics* is inconsistency, doesn't that suggest a coach has a lack of control over his team while on the floor ? Otherwise wouldn't you see them adhere to his coaching and become more predictable as a result ? Seems like the alternatives to this would be that an appropriate level of coaching isn't taking place (which leads to the inconsistency), or the players are mentally incapable of adhering to the coaching (also leading to inconsistency).

I've seen numerous episodes from this team that supports my claim. The players reaction to his speech is just the latest. And the only locker room I have ever been in is the Wooddale football team locker room and when coach Miller talked the room was silent and all eyes were on him
