Team has been barking at each other all year when they get down.

No accountability from the leaders... The 4 seniors were allowed to run the show.

Josh dug himself a hole when he first came in when the returning players tried to test him to see what they could get away with. This this group of Memphis are players came in and did the same. He will someday need to put his foot down and demand respect from the player.
