And the first couple of years under Kirk were a concern, but the guy really started some big time coaching when Keith Lee showed up.

And even clean Gene, Dude was amazing coaching those scrubs Finch, Robinson and Keanon.

Your right we don't need elite players, we need a coach.

Lets get a coach who can recruit 4 and 5 star players then.

Free throws can't be made by the coach, neither can three's. A coach can definitely teach players to be successful at both.

Playing the ball too far from the basket; not playing King and Woodson enough; not teaching the players how to take charges.

In his first 4 years as a coach he had 4 players who have been on NBA rosters... Two different players who have been conference tournament MVPs, and one regular season conference MVP. It is not like his teams have been completely void of talent.
