Lifting weights
Tired of seeing our players get man-handled. Frank's approach is wrong for college players. We get pummeled.

Could'nt agree more. We need more muscle inside. Also need to quit recruiting the 6' and under players - period.

Yep. Frank, yoga, ballet... I've seen more crap training regimens at this school than I can even recall. None of them are still around. That says it all.

I actually think it's the biggest problem, not coaching.

Team is STILL small and got manhandled.

Hope to hell he hires a good S&C coach.

Yep.

S&C coach sets the mindset in the summer.

We can be smaller than opponents and still be big in general.
