The NCAA allows each team to play one exempt tournament, correct? I most definitely would not want this junk to be our exempt tournament. My big concern is the RPI though, and then do we schedule more of these games at home to get some home games? I don't hate playing two of these teams each year, but that's where I'd stop.(outside of Auburn or Alabama)

If we get to play Auburn in it, I think its a good idea. We always schedule at least 2 of the other crap RPI schools from instate anyways, might as well do it as part of a tournament.

If it's a neutral site game a win counts for more and a loss counts for less, so why not play somemofnthe we guys we already play at home, plus auburn, at a neutral site.

Agree if it takes up our exempt tournament, then no way. However, if we're going to play 2-3 of these guys at home every year anyways, why not do it as a tournament

Those crap RPI schools fill out a home schedule. A tournament at the BJCC would not do that.

I'd be all for playing auburn. With pearl it's just a matter of time
Before they are good.

It would be great to have a tourney involving UAB auburn USA Troy bama state, bama am, samford

I saw a post under a 58-56 name on al.com that chided UAB basketball fans for not believing. I hate to assume, but...
