NCAA Tourney Conference/Seed Stats
Atlantic 10: 2-2 overall. They were 1-1 in games where they were seeded lower. 1-0 in games seeded higher. 0-1 in games seeded the same.

AAC: 2-1 overall. They were also 2-1 in games where they were seeded higher.

ACC: 3-1 overall (includes 2 games by NC State). They were 2-0 in games seeded higher, 0-1 in games seeded lower and 1-0 in games seeded the same.

Big 10: 3-2 overall. They were 3-1 in games seeded higher and 0-1 in games seeded the same.

Big 12: 1-1 overall. They were also 1-1 in games where they were seeded higher.

Pac12: 1-2 overall. They were 1-1 in games where they were seeded higher and 0-1 in games seeded lower.

SEC: 2-0 overall. They were 1-0 in games seeded higher and 1-0 in games seeded the same.

As far as the seeds go:
1 seed: 1-0
2 seeds: 3-0
3 seed: 1-0
4 seeds: 3-0
5 seeds: 1-2
6 seed: 0-1
7 seeds: 3-0
8 seed: 0-1
9 seed: 1-0
10 seeds: 0-3
11 seeds: 1-0
12 seeds: 2-1
13 seeds: 0-3
14 seed: 0-1
15 seeds: 0-3
15 seed: 1-0

Interesting about the 5 seed. It could easily have been 0-3 yesterday. The 7 seed as well had 2 close games (UConn and Texas) that could have gone either way.
