Yeah, 5 games in 8 days. Plus Barber was sick this week with 100 degree fever related to something and Warren hurt his ankle in the Duke game.

Still, I can't believe we missed 17 fts.

It wasn't there legs... it was missing the most free throws in a tourney game since 1976. LOL

More than legs, Warren, Lee, and Lewis were brain dead for the last 10 minutes. 25% of all your energy is used by the brain.

so far the ACC is 3-1 in the NCAA and 2-0 in the NIT.
Duke, UNC and UVa need to keep it rolling...

Don't you think a lot of those misses were because of those tired legs?

You could sit on the foul line and hit a better percentage than State did.

5 games in 8 days - we hit the wall at the 10 minute mark.

I'm also wondering when was the last time I saw a lane violation on a free throw shooter in D1 basketball?

And what was Warren doing in when NCSU went for the foul in OT?

12 missed free throws in the last 3:09 of regulation. 9-21 (42.9%). I don't care if State played 10 games in the last 8 days. That's just choking.

I don't say that to be mean. I'm just frustrated by that game.

Warren has been injured as was sick tonight. A flu-type bug is going around. When they hit the wall, it their brains as well. 25% of all you your body's energy is used by the brain, when you are cannibalizing what you have left for the body, the brain suffers and you saw some mental errors at the end by Warren and Lewis.

We should have won the game, but we would have never won Saturday.

You should have won the game, absolutely. Not only should you have won, you were the better team.

You never say never in this tournament.

If anybody had tried to tell me Lewis would have six turnovers, I'd have said they were nuts. I feel for that kid - he's going to carry the weight of this one around for a while. Hope he can come back stronger for it.

No, I don't. They're young men -- they work out for hours a day in a gym - playing 40 minutes for 5 days out of 8 is not going to ruin them.

Little America East pesk Albany played Thursday-Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday with basically a 7-man deep roster and held with a FAR superior Florida team in check, until getting into foul trouble and the Gators put it away in the final two minutes. That team had no business sticking with the Gators, but they did... so NC State has no excuse except PISS POOR foul shooting for not winning their game.

Coach K attacked the A10, who had 1 upset and almost a 2nd. I don't think he was right at all.
