I did the same thing years ago.
I was living in Gulfport,MS...and I was watching Memphis with a nine point lead over Kansas with about 2:09 left on the clock.
I called my older borther and was jubilant.
"We have a nine point lead with about 2 minutes left. We're going to win the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!"

You know the rest...
