It's interesting to look back now at Tennessee. The Vols had a poor record and appeared headed to the NIT for much of the season, but the Ken Pom and Sagarin ratings were high on them consistently. They certainly appeared to be an outlier in the computer ratings but their placement (KP #6, Sagarin predictor #9) doesn't appear so goofy anymore.

They're in the Sweet 16 and only a +1.5 Vegas underdog on Friday to Big 10 champs Michigan.

I personally don't think they beat Michigan but who knows.
