I've got a feeling we'll have a two QB system. Clements plus a QB we add in the fall, with Briscoe as the backup.

Clements must have felt like a man without a country when he moved from the west coast just in time to have McGee bail on him. I'm glad he's doing well.

Hopefully we pick a QB and stick with him. No 2 QB system bs.

+1 ................we saw how well that has worked the past 2 seasons.

In fact, right now we have a NO QB SYSTEM in place as the contenders compete for position. We are only 2 days into the full gear spring practice so it is way too early to be picking leaders at any position and setting it in stone. Since Clements has the experience at the higher level, he would naturally be considered a favorite, but we are a long way from even the spring game, much less summer "voluntary workouts" and fall camp.

Give Coach Clark a chance to sort it all out.

He might be greyshirting this winter.

There is a chance, but I think whatever the medical issue was going on needs to be resolved.

Clements really must be standing out ( as mentioned in the article) for Clark to go ahead & name a starter as of right now.

Or just coming on as a Junior. If he were in camp he would be the starter. That good. Clark thinks he is really good.

That is unless he is snatched up by a power school. Maybe the fact that folks might think he is damaged goods may let us still get him.

That damaged goods worked out for us a few yrs ago
