But without Dixon and Pellom the Tigers are probably in the NIT or one and done.

Our guards will be short on experience next year...we will need some experienced big men.
We will return Shaq/Nichols/Woodson (hopefully anyways)...and whereas this is a guard heavy team this season...maybe next year could be a forward dominated team....

Education went out the window long ago. It's why I laugh at the whole APR thing. We are basically giving kids degrees now. I'm not just pointing the finger at us, but the entire system. Look at Harvard. They even cheapened their standards for the NCAA tourney money. But it's past the point of no return now so we just need to deal with it and use it to our advantage.

I am getting to like it.
It is just the opposite of the 'one and done' rule.
Kids who stuck it out at their other schools and graduated...SHOULD be able to play wherever they want to.

You two could not be more wrong. Its all about the opportunity to get more education and playing time. Its a great rule. Why in the H waste these guys time? You only have so much time in life, these guys should have opportunity possible to grow.

Tennesee State went 4-25 this year

I think even Josh would have a hard time saying that they are a good team, with good players that are well coached (although I think he still would)

We need to add a big. However, there aren't any bigs available that would be worth a 4 year commitment on our part. So this would be exactly what we need...a big body who can give us 1 solid year!

Malcolm is a S.C. native and has a pretty good list of options. He could transfer to a high major school and likely start..not sure he could do that here, so that may work against us.

Would love to add him.

Agree HT. Pellom sat out last year which made it an easier sell.

Most of these grads will want to start.

I still think we end up with 1 if not 2 though.
