Who you got in this one?

Iowa is 20-12 this year but lost 6 of their last 7 games.
Tennessee is 21-12 this year has won 5 of their last 6 with the only loss coming to Florida by 7.

I am going to have to go with Tennessee on this one.

Tennessee needs to win tonite, and lose on Friday. That gets Cuonzo one NCAA win over a Big 10 school, and probably keeps him there at least another year.

I have Tenn beating Iowa and Umass. Wow, that really hurts having to type that.

I doubt this will be close, UTK wins going away.

Iowa sucks? You must not have seen them play much. They can ball.

Iowa has a really good offense but a really bad defense. They were ranked most of the season but didn't close out well losing to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, Michigan State, Illinois and Northwestern.

Ssshhh! Let me jinx them in my own way.

I think UTK wins also. They've been playing well of late, even if it was against slaw. Plus we need Cuonzo to stay in place to guarantee mediocrity.
A win or two should save his job, if it hasn't been saved already.

Sadly, those teams are better than almost all of the SEC.

I'm taking Tennessee in this one because they played better in the conference tournament than they had been.I wonder if Dayton was considered as an 11 seed but the home court factor made the committee choose someone else?

I don't like either team in this one. If I were to bet I would take Iowa because they can score. Iowa stunk it up down the stretch but it wasn't against that crappy SEC and they still scored some points. UT turned it on a tad, but it was against some awful teams. I'm trying to keep myself busy until tip so I don't put some stupid money on this one and therefor it goes off without me betting on it.

Tennessee getting schooled already. All those late season blow out wins came against C-SEC teams. Meant nothing.

Are we talking about Tennessee Women's or Men's basketball here.

Tennessee Women win hands down.

I know one thing - I want to take that f'in hopper and shoot it.

Just tuned in to see Barton air ball a 3 from the corner. Always kind of been a closet Hawkeye fan because I spent a week at the school for a basketball camp, the team I was on got to play for the camp championship in Carver-Hawkeye arena. Probably just put the jinx on them.
