14 year old son of Iowa coach Fran McCaffery who is having a tumor removed from his thyroid tomorrow.Fran is jetting back to Iowa and then back to Dayton for UT game if no complications. Let's all say a prayer for this youngster and his family.

I saw a little special on cbssn and Fran seems like a great guy. Has to be tough. I said a prayer for his son.
