Sitting right behind the Owl dugout I got to hear many words of wisdom, etc from Wayne. Nice to have an easy game in San Marcos. Smith looked really nasty. OG was really pleased with McCarthy's brief stint. Taylor was in the doghouse for his base running gaffe but when he made a great scoop at 1st on a throw from Stainback OG proclaimed it a "redeemer.' Charlie warren probably won't be squaring around while up 8 ever again.
