Wow, we lose one game to a top 25 team and drop 7 spots. Usually that is only going to drop you a couple of spots. Meanwhile UConn beats 2 ranked teams and loses to the No. 5 team and moves up 3 spots. Wow.

As we should be after the performance on Thursday evening on national television. We did not look anything like a top 25 team and got the respect that we should have. Now we need to prepare for the tourney and prove ourselves worthy of any praise when it counts. A Sweet Sixteen bid would make all this go away.

As bad and ugly as the UConn loss was, I'm surprised we dropped out entirely.
