NFSU playing a 2-3 zone. Interesting.

We are so being out rebounded it's not funny! And Riley's out with 2fouls in 3 minutes of play.

Yeah and we've kind of been the ones that have been baffled by the zone thus far.

Also Ajayi was the first big off the bench. I wonder if he will get the bulk of the minutes during the tournament run ? Cant hurt for next year.

I think he's gonna play a lot today because of how big NSU is. Might be the biggest team we've played all year.

With the exception of Sims, Murphy is giving us a preview of next year's line up.

Rebounding is definitely the story at the half. Wayyyy too many second chances for Norfolk State. Luckily, we are shooting it very well and creating some turnovers. NSU is hitting their shots too...some pretty difficult ones at that.

Good minutes from Ajayi. If that kid can learn even a little offense, he'll end up being better than Riley. Much more aggressive, especially on the offensive glass. He's looked disciplined defensively today, as well. Going straight up on guys and not using his hands as much. I like what I see.

Yeah he has played well so far, very quality minutes down low

Everyone else on the other hand.... ehh. We seem kind lackadaisical at times on both sides of the ball. Offensively theres no movement, and were settling for too many three balls and on defense... I think that one is obvious. We need to get more aggressive on the boards.

Up 3 with a minute or so left. Too close for comfort. Gonna come down to free throw shooting

Yep. Sure wasn't pretty, but I'll take the win.

I liked what I saw from Raven Lee and Lekan Ajayi. Raven played well defensively, had some very nice passes, and showed off some of that scoring touch.

Everyone else looked a bit off. It's nice to win when you don't play that well, though.

Hoping for IPFW, Wright State, or Valpo. Not ready for a MAC rematch yet. Let's save that for the finals ;-)

Valpo down 2 midway through the 2nd half

And Wright took care of business against ECU already.

RE: EMU hosts Norfolk State in CIT on Tuesday
If this tournament is regional... Here's what I see coming:

IF both IPFW and Valp win they play each other and we get stuck with the Cleveland state/ohio winner.

HOWEVER if IPFW wins and Valp loses (or vice Vera) I think we will play one of those two.

But who knows. I've also heard it depends on who ponies up enough cash to host a game.. So I'm sure it's not all regionally determined

373 in attendance and Glenn Bryant is none too happy about it.

From Glenn: @GlennSanity23: "We FORSURE got the top 5 worst support in the NCAA, it's almost 30,000 students go to this school smh, y'all at ALL the parties tho"

We didnt even average 900 fans this year.
