9-9 in any conference record should automatically disqualify them from discussion. Again, go ABOVE .500 in your conference if you want to be an at-large team consideration.. (IMO)>

You were saying??? The AAC was a solid 4 bid league and one of those is leaving. With Tulane, ECU and Tulsa inserted into Louisville's spot, each team's RPI will suffer a small setback. At least Rutgers and their near 200 RPI will be gone

You got a pack of lies that sounded like a better offer, and you were convinced to destroy a superior conference to save an inferior conference by recreating the old conference that you destroyed under a different name.

you got jerked around, in other words.

We went from a conference that gets 1 bid, where 27 win teams get left out...to a conference that projected 5 in, and got 4.

I get that. UAB would do the same thing.

What I hope, though, is that our fans wouldn't bring condescension and smarm to this board when we left it.

you destroyed a multibid conference for a different t multibid conference. you could at least be stand-up enough to admit what you did.

It's clear that USM-SMU need to start playing each other OOC if either wants a shot to make it to the dance. I mentioned it to our AD

Louisville will be gone so you are back to 4 but there's only 3 solid every year. You have to realize UCF, USF, Tulane, ECU, and either Temple/Tulsa/Houston will bring the the top others (UC, UConn, Memphis) RPI down. You have no answer for losing UL's top 20 RPI.

You discount SMU...they add Emmanuel Mudiay and potentially Elijah Thomas...the top of the AAC next season should go:

Cincy - NCAA
SMU - NCAA
UConn - NCAA
Memphis - NCAA
Tulsa - NCAA/NIT
Houston - NIT
(In that order)
