GAME DAY!

Time to take it to Wright State.

FWIW, through the CITs website you can get free streaming of the game.

To the haters, ECU was the only CUSA team left standing in the post season. Off the top of my head, they might have been the only team to get out their second round games.

Hope we can pull out the win. They start 5 seniors and their best player is a 6'10" 245lb big man. We need Akeem to be on tonight to have a chance, IMO. Wright State isn't a bad team... they lost in the Horizon League Championship game.

Eight of us going together tonight to pull for the Pirates and do our part to fill up Minges. I don't care if its the little ole CIT tournament or a backyard pickup game. To be in any post season tournament is a blessing and we're gonna cheer on the PURPLE and GOLD. Let's go PIRATES !!!

Maybe it's just my laptop, but i'm definitely getting sound from a completely different game; St. Johns vs. Robert Morris NIT game...

edit: The sound eventually fixed itself.

I wish ECU got paired with Canisius instead. Watching Akeem Richmond and Billy Baron duel would've been pretty entertaining.

Gladly! Last lifeboat off the sinking ship.

Seriously, why folks feel the need to continuously troll ECU fans is beyond me. And then the pissy mods step in and pile on.

ECU basketball is just embarrassing. No question , WKU, Charlotte and ODO represent an upgrade for Conf USA over the Pirates. Really question the contract extension of Lebo. In the times I have heard him speak he seems neither inspiring or someone the kids will run through a brick wall for. Entering the AAC gives us a chance to sell the league for recruiting. Hope we do not squander it. Hope I am wrong about Lebo and can eat crow about what I have written.

It wasn't meant as a troll. I've enjoyed having ECU as a conference mate but I will be glad to have fewer overly sensitive Pirate fans around.
