We better come out guns a blazing 2nd half or this will be embarrassing

You should go root for Tennessee...07-coffee3

Well, it looks like my weekend has been freed up........
....too bad they couldn't even make a game of it.

Barring one hell of a great comeback it'll be a 7-8 seed and another short stay in the big dance.

mention that he didn't get to the Sweet 16 would be a good rebuttal.

only 16 teams a year do. Some are given very easy paths to get there. Others are not. This team has a solid core of players, but not one great player who can take over a game. We will be in the same situation next year. JP needs to get "the guy" who can take over a game.

What's going on. With all the hype of this game how are we letting UCONN steam roll us. You gotta have some pride and not let a team beat you three times in one year.

can't use that when he draws the salary he does, you just can't make that argument.

pastner isn't willing/able to do what it takes to get "the guy". pastner needs to get a good tournament run or two under his belt or open up the vault. that's the only way he'll start landing the cream of the crop. on the other hand, there are plenty of teams getting the job done without "the guy", so you could add learn to coach to the list as well.

I agree, and I really don't want to hear the Bruce Pearl crowd, who do you think we could get now that is better. Shaka Smart, I don't think so, the coach at Wichita State, I don't think so, go ahead, rattle them off.

It's the same thing that has always happened. Teams that defend us and don't give us easy baskets make us look like a pickup group on offense and can destroy us.
