Ranking All 128 College Football Coaching Jobs for 2014
http://athlonsports.com/college-football...-jobs-2014
Quote:78. Northern Illinois
Recruiting base will ensure that you will always have a talented roster at NIU.
NIU is the top MAC school on this list. I might argue that NIU should be slightly higher on this list. Dead last on the list is Eastern Michigan, which really isn't too much of a surprise. 8 MAC schools fall into spots 100-128.
One ranking really stuck out to me:
#28 North Carolina - Really?!? The 5 right behind (Louisville, Ole Miss, Missouri, Iowa, Stanford) them are easily more attractive jobs.

I would have liked to see us crack the top 60 at least. Where have we been ranked in previous years? I wouldn't be surprised if there's been an upward trend.

They put Southern Alabama ahead of us...never mind I though this was the CFN team ranking.
I have no issue with our ranking here.

Those jobs at the top of the list are great if you win championships. Otherwise the sword of Damocles is hanging over your head.

They should put the coaches salaries next to the ranking too.

Bingo.. and facilities and fan support...
This isn't about the team, but about the school and it's dedication to make football important.. Or in UNC's case the possibility...
