I don't blame him for wanting a shot at SEC-type money. But having taken the shot and missed, it will probably be a while before he gets another one, if he ever does.

The question now is, is he willing to take a Sun Belt-type HC position, or to be an assistant at an Auburn-type program.

That is what is so difficult about coaching. You can turn a program around and get offered the big money but it is so difficult to make it happen again. If you can't, then you may never get another chance.

Only the great one's are able to do it multiple times ( unless you cheat)

I've never said he wasn't a good coach. I wouldn't call him great however.
