Karrington Ward gets 3rd team All-MAC

Congrats to Karrington.

Sadly, he was the only Eagle recognized. Somehow, Mike Talley didn't even get an honorable mention. That's just ridiculous, in my opinion. He was easily our MVP in MAC play.

Ray Lee didn't make the all-freshmen team either, which didn't make much sense. Maybe because he's a redshirt frosh?

Congrats to K Ward its wonderful he'll back next year and I expect his scoring average will improve.

Talley to me was the MVP of this team, he was the difference maker at point guard and got better as the season progressed.

Lee had his ups and downs but overall improved over last year. Raven can be as good as he wants to be. It really all up to him. Ditto that for Combs.

unbelievable, we always get the short end of the stick

Talley no mention at all

Riley, best shot blocker in the MAC - no mention

Bryant - best dunker in the MAC no mention

In my opinion, Ward no worst than 2nd team, the others at least honorable mention

Hopefully these guys willl have some incentive going into the MAC playofs this evening

Agree 100%.

On Talley: Maybe MAC fans don't realize how important a PG who has handle and can drive the lane and make his shot (or make the zebras blow the whistle).

I expect big things of Talley, Lee, Combs and Ward next season. Any or all could have breakout seasons. They got game.

Not gonna go that far. Talley and Ward both deserved recognition, but that's about it. Riley didn't have the numbers, and Bryant's injuries/inconsistencies probably cost him.

I agree with hoping it lights a fire under their butts, especially Talley. He was the biggest snub of all, in my eyes.
