More Pro Golf - This weekend and upcoming week
Well, there wasn't much this weekend.
Mackenzie Hughes played in Chile, barely making the cut at two under (he birdied his 36th hole and that's where the cut line ended up). He didn't play much better over the weekend and finished in tied for 70th. So, a good weekend, but not a great one for him.
Now coming up...you can pretty much have Kent golf 24 hours a day.
First, Ben Curtis is the field in the PGA tour Valspar Championship. Ben hasn't been playing top notch golf so far this season, so hopefully he gets on track.
Moving south, MacKenzie Hughes will play in Brasil Champions (two continents down) where he looks to build on this weekend's performance in the Web.com tour.
Then heading across the Atlantic Ocean, John Hahn is playing in the Trophee Hassan II in Morocco (continent #3).
And continuing east, all the way across Asian and into the Pacific Ocean, Ryan Yip will play in the Solaire Open (Asian Tour) in the Philippines (now we got Asia).
So, there's Kent golfers playing pro golf everywhere in the world this week.

Ben got a fair amount of TV time yesterday in the afternoon wave. Looks to be playing well also. He just needs to put 4 rounds together now.

RE: More Pro Golf - This weekend and upcoming week
Summary:
Ben Curtis made the cut and finished T44. 4 pretty solid rounds, but no great ones to push him into the Top 25. I'm happy to see the solid rounds as he has generally been putting up one stinker every tournament.
MacKenzie Hughes barely made the cut against (sweating it out on Saturday morning waiting for players to finish the 2nd round) and finished T68. He isn't playing great golf, but it has been solid and consistent and I think he is getting experience against very strong players that he will need to get the next level.
Yip and Hahn missed their cuts.
A quick look to next weekend and it looks like no one is playing in their tournaments *Sadface*
