With him and your current roster .... easily the pre-season pick to win the AAC next year.
Still have 2 ships to offer. While I would love to say Myles Turner would be a Pony. I think SMU is about 4th on the list behind Kansas, Texas, and Okie St. . . Ohio St & Duke are in the picture. But, Myles' family would like to be within driving distance to see all of his games

Although I realize we won't be in the AAC next year, UofL's overall class is a bit unusual. Pitino tends to like athletic guys (who often are smaller) and shooters. Our class, well, it looks like something out of a Jim Calhoun horror movie
C UR Anas Osama Mahmoud 7'2 210 (Egypt)
PF *** Matz Stockman 7'2 200 (Norway)
C **** Chinanu Onuaku 6'10 232 (Upper MArlboro, MD)
PF **** Jaylen Johnson 6'9 215 (Michigan)
PG **** Quentin Snider 6'1 170 (Louisville)
SF ****Shaqquan Aaron 6'7 175 (Seattle)
Snider and/or Aaron are probably the highest ranked, although the top four are all ranked right together.
A lot of trees, not what we are used to seeing. 2 more international players, and playing with what looks to be a double post set going forward. Not sure if project is the right word, but guys who need some developing. Hard to press full court with that many trees.

Lebo tried to get Clark, Montrezl Harrell and Anton Gill, but for some reason those kids are hard to get at ECU; even though they all live near the campus. ECU has to do something to start getting those kids.
Being on TV, the new practice facility, and playing marquee schools like Memphis, UConn, and Cincy should help as long as we can recruit even a little bit. Lebo has shown some recruiting savvy with this year's class. He needs to build on it now with the aforementioned perks.

Holy sh!t that is a gargantuan recruiting class. Looks for sure like Louisville will be pounding the paint more and less run and gun.

BJ Taylor - PG (which UCF desperately needs) 8A POY, District 11 POY over guys like Joel Berry II who is going to UNC. Scorer that led the state in scoring and broke a lot of Austin Rivers records in the same conference.
Adonys Henriquez - 6'6" SG that would hopefully fill in for Sykes. Class 2A POY.

adcorbett: serious question, no trolling. Do you think Chris Jones is the guy who can get the ball into the bigs? Having seen him in Memphis, he is definitely a guy who enjoys shooting. Will he have the patience to compete for assists instead of points?
RE: Who's your school's #1 gem of the 2014 B-ball recruiting class (future AAC stars)?
He doesn't really play pg now. Generally Russ smith or terry Rozier do. Next year Rozier and quinton snider will handle most pg duties. Pitino has moved to more of a position less system. Jones may be listed as the PG on paper, but his job is to score and play defense. Similar to Russ smith last year. So it doesn't matter if he can or can't find the bigs: he is essentially a 2g.

I really like Trahson Burrell for our class. There is something about his game that has me excited as well that he is averaging almost 30 point for Lee College. It is like we are getting Will Barton 2.0

All of the Tiger JC recruits have impressive numbers. I do not know the quality of competition or how their play will translate to D-1, but it is a good sign.
