OT: watching SEC women's championship...
If you can find it, watch it. Worst officiating of the year by far.

Totally agreed. Unbelievable.

Tennessee fans are so damn annoying too. Hopefully you can see why we dislike them so much. THREE eww-tee players go over a UK player's back and there's no call as she tumbles down and then the UK player TOUCHES the UT girl and it's instantly a foul. SO so dumb.

The big one that looks like Ed ogeron has been to Hattiesburg a few times, always stuck it to us. Yesterday the one we call Opie was working the uk so car game. He calls it one way one half and the other way the next half.

That's what the announcers have been saying - the difference is notable between 1st and 2nd halves.

There have already been 2 double technical fouls assessed.

Wish MT could revisit the second half of our game with utk (Lady Raiders were up 12 at the half) and hit some FTs.

We would beat UT if we played them now... How I wish we had beaten them at the start of the year.

Refs won't let anyone, esp. an in-state team, win in Knoxville. They get their big paycheck from the $EC.

We were down by 5 with them a few years ago in K-town with 7 1/2 minutes left. I was there and witnessed the blatant cheating firsthand.

Our girl came down with a rebound and her elbow inadvertently hit one of their players in the nose, and she bled.

Pat Head went out to halfcourt during a 30-sec timeout and stared down the officials, who called about 11 fouls on MT the rest of the way. Wouldn't let us get it past half court.

Outscored us 26-8 the last 7:30

Unlike football offiicials these guys work in 3 or 4 different leagues. The crew southern miss girls had vs Tulane a week ago on sat, the next day 2 of them were working Tenn and another was at Georgia.
But there def is a pecking order and some teams your gonna have to play 5 on 8 to beat. Especially dealing with a sec team.

Definitely. These "regional refs" always have that one team that they always are biased towards - definitely UTK in our area.
