UT Alumni Association 2014 Men's MAC Basketball Tournament Student Bus Trip
Attention UT Students! Here is Your Chance to go to Cleveland for the MAC Tournament at a Great Price!
The University of Toledo Alumni Association is sponsoring a student-only bus trip to Cleveland, OH for the 2014 Men’s MAC Basketball Tournament. For only $10 per day, you can watch our Rockets bring home the MAC title! The cost includes your game ticket, boxed meal on the bus, roundtrip transportation and other trip expenses for Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15. You can sign up for either day or both! In the unfortunate event that we do not advance to Saturday’s MAC Championship game you will be refunded $10.
This UT Alumni Association sponsored event is for UT students only and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made on-line or in person at the Driscoll Alumni Center, in Suite 2014. Seats for this event will sell out quickly, so act soon! Four busses are available on Friday, five on Saturday.
All trip participants will be required to bring their Rocket Card ID, a cell phone and any spending money that may be needed. For students who plan to attend, a liability waiver form must be completed, signed and presented at the time of your departure – no exceptions! Student must ride the bus to and from Cleveland.
All travelers MUST check-in four hours prior to the scheduled game time at the West end of Rocket Hall (Parking Area 25). Registration for Friday's game will begin at 5 p.m. for the 9 p.m. contest. Should the Rockets play in Saturday’s championship game, check-in will begin at 2:30 p.m. Students should plan to leave their vehicles in Parking Area 25. The buses will depart promptly and return immediately following the game. In the event the women’s basketball team advances to the semi-finals, the Alumni Association will provide tickets for both games and make an additional announcement regarding transportation times for those who have signed up for the men’s game(s).
