This is why I'm not all that upset being swept by SMU or Louisville this year. Just like our UCONN women last year, who lost to Notre Dame twice in the regular season and in the conference tournament, but then won when it mattered most in the Final Four. The NCAA tournament is the big prize, and UCONN's performance in the big tourney is what I care about the most.

The one thing UofL and UConn fans understand...it is about the NCAA's...we both have the same goal & that is to get #4....

The Cards are trending upward at the right time of year and Harrell is a major reason why. The 6-8 sophomore is Louisville's only capable interior scorer and has been on an absolute tear over the past few weeks. Harrell is averaging 21.2 points and 9.4 rebounds over his past five games and is playing well as any big man in America. Rick Pitino's teams have historically made a big jump in February and this squad is no different. Aside from a bad stretch in the final minutes at Memphis, Louisville has answered just about every challenge during the past few weeks in impressive fashion. If Harrell can continue to dominate the paint and the Cards can continue to get timely 3-point shooting from Luke Hancock (seven made 3-pointers in his past two games), a third consecutive appearance in the Final Four is very much in play for Louisville.

I just don't know how good Florida is based on their competition. The SEC still doesn't play good defense as a whole.

L'ville vs. Florida would be a fun Final Four.

The only thing we are saying is L1C4 doesn't live for Regular Season or even Conference Tournament Games...for schools like Louisville, UCLA, Kentucky, UConn, Kansas, Duke and North Carolina it's bout March.

But glad to know we are "Some" Memphis fans "Super Bowl"....
