That's really all that G5 and P5 are about... $$$. And none of them make the same as the other conference. It's a silly 'argument' to get so worked up over. It's silly to let your pride be taken asunder because you are embarrassed that another school arbitrarily gets a bigger paycheck because they play in a conference with one or two big dogs.
UCF shined rather nicely against the Big 12 Champ. The year before that Louisville did us proud against Florida.

The challenge for the AAC is to build fan support and interest it can be done with smart marketing and positioning of the conference and of course winning.
