Larry Brown is a lot of things, classy being one of them

He wont be classy in the tournament....Hope we don't play him

Josh should be taking notes. LB is a legend.

He did not TELL Josh to do that- he acknowledged it and gave his tacit OK he would not whine about it and he and his team would be respectful as Memphis celebrated.

And yes- it was a classy move- we all noticed that at the game. We were also surprised he called off the dogs as early as he did- but he may have been anticipating a possible immediate rematch.

LB was ready to be the Tiger coach before his wife talked him out of it. We wound up with Dana Kirk which turned out nice.

Larry Brown is all class. SMU is good under him and going to only get better.

Probably the only time Larry Brown has been called classy. Talk to every team he's ever left, which BTW has been a lot.

Indeed. Met coach Brown here in L.A. dood is all class. He also hits the treadmill hard too which is probably why he is in good health and is still coaching.

I was surprised he called the dogs off as well. The way we were shooting free throws, I thought they could have got back in the game by fouling us.

Yes he did and even Josh mentioned it because at that point Josh was more focused on finishing the game

laughing my butt off at all this fuss over some dude's ignore list. Solid list; there are plenty worthy of an ignore around here.....bless their hearts.

Yes, it was. Honestly, I never gave Brown credit for being such a class guy, it was great to see.

During the game thread some of us were confused as to why Josh wasn't taking out a couple of the seniors, but the game was still close. I didn't realize during the game that Larry Brown did that.
