I hope he was given sufficient warm up time; unlike his Sunday Stanford appearance.

Never changed his motion with the runner on first. Looked before the stretch then one look before home.no change in tempo either.

Every time I see the "Tiki" Owl in your posts, it brings me Hope.

Slow roller through Jon's 5 hole but Ford bails him out by getting the hitter at first.

Well, we've got our four best hitters due up; unfortunately, they've done nothing since the 4th inning, when all four contributed for our lone 2 run scored so far today. Time to put this game away with a walkoff victory.

1-2-3 for the Owls in B10.

Our only hope may be if we are allowed to let our bat boy hit. Just a bunch of soft at bats again today.

Just 6 hits and only a couple walks in 10 innings against mediocre, at best, pitching. Geez.

The reason for my query earlier. And while your idea of putting more runners in motion is certainly worth a try, it seems to me that this team's problems lie more with the guy in the batters box. If we were getting opportunities and not capitalizing, I'd see where the running game would make a lot of sense. But we're not creating the opportunities. When you go 1-2-3, inning after inning, who would you put in motion?

Not picking at you at all. You know I respect your knowledge. But this is just mind boggling.
