Ok, I saw the statement from Chipotle and I visit their restaurants often. So I sent the following email to Chipotle...

"I was very disturbed to see the position your company took on the political issue of Global Warming This is NOT proven and is being used for politics only. You should stick to serving food. This will definitely affect my decision on whether to go to Chipolte in the future."

I got a very fast response from them and here it is....

"Hi ####,

We’re not taking any political stand on this issue, what we are doing is complying with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements in our risk disclosures to investors. The statement in question has been in place since 2007, except for the recent addition of three words, “global climate change.” This was added in response to a directive from the SEC that companies address risks associated with possible climate change in their financial disclosures.

I'm sorry you were disturbed and I hope you'll reconsider visiting us in the future.

I just saw something in my news feed about Mythical Warming and I got a real good chuckle because these fools actually take it seriously...
