He's been doing that for a long time now. But, the point is that he is relevant and popular amongst the people he claims to want to aid.

That may be how you feel, but as Pharaoh said - Jesse still has a constituency that is interested in what he says. What's ironic is that he leads them to the party that wants them kept on the plantation.

Seriously, Cummings was out of order. He was yielded the floor for a question and chose to give a statement. The statement period was before the witness testimony. And yes, the chair has the right to end the proceeding without asking Cummings. Just like in the Senate, Reid has the right to allow absolutely no amendments or legislation from Republicans (but you don't seem to think that is so bad). Regardless, Cummings had no "right" to speak and he was out of order. Maybe he should have made his out of order speech to the press afterwards. But back to Issa. Was it nice what he did? No. Was it within the rules? Yes.

The only time this MOFO ever opens his piehole is to call someone a racist. He needs to look the fck in the mirror.
