What's that mention of Cincinnati in there? That's where all this came from correct? A couple low level "line" employees in an office in Cincinnati? Is that what this e-mail says as well?

no arrest. she will become a martyr to the dwindling few that still try to defend this outrageous behavior, and then the story will be about the "persecution of this poor woman". and putting her in jail isn't going to accomplish anything truly worthwhile, anyway.

no, I say you fight fire with fire. leak the works. every email. every bit of relevant witness testimony. shoot the works.

if we do it right, she will be begging to testify in return for any shred of immunity we are willing to grant.

enough to turn his microphone back on, Cummings proceeded to just rant on and on
with no question. Cummings wants to showboat, this is not new for him.

So you were wrong then and you're wrong now. The "supposed" scandal as you put it was NOT that it was a result of White House involvement, it was that it happened, intentionally, AT ALL.

Lerner is a dedicated left wing hack, and was, perhaps operating on her own. BUT, it is becoming quite apparent that there were any number of people involved in this as well, simply look at the e-mail.

zerO himself was "outraged". Until someone whispered in his ear, then it became a "phony scandal". Which clearly it is not. It was as real then as it is now, as this continues. It went pretty high up the food chain as Lerner is one of only TWO political appointees in these positions in the IRS, if I recall correctly.

This is the targeting of political opponents by the IRS and was one of the charges prepared for the possible impeachment of Nixon, except that was only the allegation of targeting opponents, this in fact happened.

It isn't going away. No matter how hard you wish it would.
