UAB Baseball plays Troy at 6:30, Regions Field.

Troy is currently planning a pre-game alumni event for their road game with us & I can't sit back and watch them outnumber Blazer fans at our home field.

We'll call this "The Officially Unofficial BlazerTalk.com Baseball Night Out"... bring the family, invite your friends, and make an evening of it.

Discuss amongst yourselves a pregame meeting location for dinner.

Sucks it is on a Tuesday. With school and work there is no chance I can make it.

I may can do it. Might miss first pitch but I can make it by the bottom of the first.

Count me in!

I work about 6 blocks from Regions and would have a couple of hours to kill before the game. Any time or place to meet is fine with me.

Appropriate that Troy would visit on a day dedicated to complete jokes.

Group Rate tickets are available for $3 for this game

Also - this is a WHITE OUT game for UAB - and they are also running Buy One - Get one Free (regular ticket is $7)

At any rate - T-Roy will be here so bring your kids
Coach Pierce will be speaking to our group prior to the game
Dr. Laliberte is confirmed
Dr. Hawkins has been invited
getting close to nailing down some famous alumni


Bottom Line - we want this to be a very fun, family and spirited event

That game/date is also a benefit for Autism Speaks. We've partnered up with UAB for a special t-shirt with proceeds going to Autism Speaks. If you'd like to support the cause AND go to the game, we have the shirts on sale for $15, and $20 will get you the shirt and a ticket.
