RE: MIAMI game
I like the sound of that mmucha. Execution is going to be a key for the Flashes. Goodson could be set up to have a big game against Miami if he gets the ball in good spots. I am hoping that he and Henniger have big nights. Ty Linder will be on "Big Time Sports" around 5:30 for those looking for a better preview.

Seems to me that the team has been playing better with Goodson's minutes being limited. They have really gotten away from him being the "throw it to guy" down low. Also very hard to run with him out there or have him on the floor while being pressed. As we all know, he is very turnover prone. I sure hope he plays well when he's out there.

How do I listen to or watch "Big Time Sports?" I viewed the web-page but saw no listen/view options. Thanks!

1350 AM streams live. I think searching 1350 Akron should get you there.

OK - we're at 16-13; we need to win Miami and Akron, and then win 2 in the MAC tournament to get to 20.

It's possible, don't know how likely

But, the spin machine would be happy with 19. "Kent State has won 19 or more games in each of the last............" beat Miami.

I am deciding if I should give them to the 8 minute mark or just leave now. What do you think.

Stick around. I am a Clevelander and I can't justify the gas, the Ray's tab and the late weeknights. I will live vicariously through you here on "I heart radio." But burden, my friend, i don't blame ya either way.

RE: MIAMI game
The video feed is so bad it was 6-7 minutes behind the game. Then I missed that 6-7 minutes that blew the game open when it caught up. I'm grateful.

I'm about done for this evening. I'll keep my eye on for a bit, but I don't need to watch a blowout. I'd rather watch the UB-Ak game.

With slim hopes of a 20-win season, a chance to set up a home game for the tourney and get a start on a hit run through March we've laid an egg at home against a poor team. SMH

The video is so bad, it's already 4 minutes behind the ESPN score app. I'm done.

RE: MIAMI game
Never in my 30 years of watching Kent have I ever left a game but I did at halftime. I could no longer stand to watch this team play uninspired when they knew what this win would mean. Something needs to be done to stop the bleeding in the basketball program.

This year watching the team play was like watching a friend slowly die and tonight I attended the funeral. Right now I am in mourning. What is next??????

RE: MIAMI game
Miami isn't as bad as people make them out to be. They did just beat Akron. That being said, there is no reason to come out like that and to be losing by 20 at home at half is UNACCEPTABLE. The fact that we have beaten Akron, OU on the road, played Toledo to the last possession on the road, and how we played at UB shows what we can do when we are prepared and motivated. Anything less and we get embarrassed at home by MU or WMU or really anyone else that walks into the MAC Center. That is on Sendy and nobody else. It is his job to get and keep the players motivated and ready to play. That's all I can say because I just cannot think of any other words to describe what we saw tonight and have seen all season.

RE: MIAMI game
At least they made a run and cut it from 24 to 7 before they ran out of gas. Once again the press got them going. For awhile I thought they were going to totally quit that would have been very bad for Sendy. Coming out flat isn't good but playing the whole game that way would have been a whole lot different. The eight seed isn't out of the question but they have to beat Akron.

Love the optimism, but we are not winning at the JAR.
