Somebody reliable, anybody know one? NOT RoofMasters. Leaks all over my sunroom today, ice must have pried something apart. I'm out of pans for holding the water.

I've seen the Tinman's work. It is very good quality. I don't know about pricing.

You can probably now get a brand-new roof of equal quality paid for in full by your insurance company. Several of my neighbors and I used Elite Home Solutions and they did a great job.

You can probably now get a brand-new roof of equal quality paid for in full by your insurance company. Several of my neighbors and I used Elite Home Solutions and they did a great job.

Depends on the Insurance Co. Most of the major insurers in recent years have moved to paying the ACV instead of replacement cost.

Ark Roofing. An old, esteemed company. They did my roof and my father's. So good, that the owner has given expert testimony on roofing. They are the best, IMHO.

I think roof replacement for storm damage is an easy sell for most competent roofers. I have TN Farm Bureau and they were more than willing to buy me a new roof. My neighbors had standard major national insurance companies. My roofer was a certified insurance agent and he told me State Farm is also very easy to work with roof replacement for storm damage.
I would suggest a roofer that is also a certified insurance rep. He will meet with your home insurance rep, circle every spot of storm damage on your roof, and quote your insurance policy to your rep as to why each said circle of damage is covered by your policy and sell it as a roofer with insurance agent knowledge. This is how these guys build their businesses.Storm chasers.

State Farm sucks for replacing roofs. But that's not the issue. I have one roof that needs some repairs and another that started leaking like a sieve yesterday. Shockingly, the first guy I called actually showed up and is supposed to fix it once the ice is gone, but we'll see.
