The Spring Game is nothing more than a dog & pony show for the knit-witted elements of the fan base. Thank God people are starting to realize what a terrible waste of time it is to see teams "competing" against themselves while utilizing the most hum-drum schemes on both sides of the ball.
But wait.......didn't you hear? If you don't go to the spring game, then your school (or is it fans?) doesn't care about football. After all, as a UCONN fan, that's the same crap we've told as to why "we" were left behind. Well, that and an off-campus stadium.

I don't won't see another Tulane game in the superdome with less than 1k Green Wave fans where announced attendance is 18k.
I really want Tulane to do well but hope we still beat them. Of course thre same goes for the entire conference.

Don't worry, you won't. Houston certainly is not a big enough draw to warrant moving the game from our new, comfy, small stadium. Clearly, you brought less than 1,000 fans to New Orleans, as you admit above.

Dave, if we don't meet in a bowl game before then, I think you guys get another shot at us either next year or the following, at your place.
Should be a great atmosphere.

That's a reach, please let me know how all of the New England "talent"
that Coach Paul brought on board works for you. If it wasn't for Florida, Texas, Georgia, New Jersey & Pennsylvania you all would still be playing football in the CAA inside that beautiful on campus stadium that has served you so well.
Your coaching staff will be living in airports during any down time between now & February. Good Luck!

I see you haven't grasped the concept of sarcasm. If you had, you would've recognized my response as the sarcastic post it was meant to be.

RE: Tulane is confident
If you are knocking Tulane attendance in the Superdome you are knocking yourself as Houston attendance is about the same. By the way the first game of this season Tulane versus Georgia Tech is sold out in our new $73m state of the art on campus Yulman Stadium. Seriously I hope Houston does the same in their new stadium.Stop knocking Tulane. We have been long time members together in CUSA and now the AAC and only an hour away as neighbors by air. Let us all work together to better the conference!

Thank God Cincinnati's just dominating the conference so our fanbase can complain about how weak it is. Oh wait, no.

RE: Tulane is confident
I'm pretty sure we won the regular season title in basketball and the only school we lost to in football that is still in our league is South Florida. I can bash these C-USA call ups if I want to....

RE: Tulane is confident
And you had so much to do with the success of your program.
Have you researched the historical record of Tulane vs Cincy? (TU 11 wins. UC 3 wins.)
Halloween in New Orleans awaits...
