It's just a matter of time before the power goes out. I went out to move my car to the street, huge limb down in my yard, moved car, heard branches cracking, RAN back to the house. Yikes

I am in Martin....worse up here. 3+" of ice and snow. Worst storm of the past few years.

Little Rock has about 2" of ice, luckily we appear to be on the back end of this storm and 40's projected for Tuesday. We will see....

About 1 am now and the precipitation seems to be over in Memphis. Just checked the MLGW outage map which shows 20,000 without power. Monday is going to be an interesting day around here.

In third grade, I had to iceskate across the Wolf River almost all of one January to make it.

Seriously, nothing is worse than ice storms. My mom suffered through that awful one back in the 90s.

In northern Iowa, we don't seem to get much ice, just snow and cold--high of minus 3 yesterday and low of minus 14 with 40 inches of snow on the ground. College students wear shorts when it hits 35, lol.

Can't wait to get down to the tourney next week! Great food, great basketball, and better weather.

Edit: just noticed no one has posted in over an hour. Hope y'all got power.
