Dixon and Austin are playing their best ball right now. I believe that if Austin wasn't in so much of foul trouble, we would have probably held on at Houston. Shaq has been very consistent and just missed a few gimmies yesterday but did other things to help. Nick King is the other energy guy other than Dixon that helps. So the question falls on Crawford and Joe. Typically around this time of the season CC comes alive and he certainly did yesterday, so heres fingers cross that it happens again and that takes us to Joe who has been in slumps before but typically comes out of it, so most of us shouldn't worry too much about it

The fact that we beat Louisville with our 2 leading scorers having bad days (Joe and Shaq) yet still won shows how much talent we have.

Let's not get carried away. We did just lost to a very poor Houston team where we looked awful.

Just gotta be more consistent on defense. Defense and defensive rebounding are the keys IMO.

Just rewatched the first half of the Houston game. Nichols looked pretty darn good. We just couldn't hit an open shot, and the zone left Houston too many easy threes.

IMHO, you have a valid point since the Houston game was less than 48 hours before "getting hot at the right time."

I think has been one of the most intriguing seasons we've had in the past quarter century. The team is playing quality competition every week.

I'll go out on a limb and say this season COULD end up as our third most impressive regular season in the last quarter century, just behind 2007-2008 and 2005-2006.



Of course, we need to finish on a run.
