Women's Golf Spring 2014
The women are getting to play Kiawah Island this weekend. Nice trip! Currently 5-under par after 9 and a 4 shot lead. We are the only ranked team in the field.

GolfStat.com scoring.

RE: Women's Golf Spring 2014
Interesting note about this tournament--it is being played on two courses down in Kiawah Island, and the field was split yesterday and today they switch courses. All of the teams who played the course KSU did are ahead of all the teams who played the other course. Really high scores on the second course. It will be interesting to see today how the field levels out and how tough the other course is.

Not sure which course will host the final round tomorrow.

The KSU Women's Golf team shot 10 shots worse, 302 today vs 292 yesterday.

It's nice they are first but it is an awfully poor field. I'm surprised that some of the bigger schools did not head to Hawaii.

True, but they were playing on the harder course today and have opened up a 5-shot lead heading into the final round tomorrow. One team shot 299 today and another 300, but both are trailing KSU.

Burden,

This tournament is in South Carolina on Kiawah Island, not Hawaii :)

Shows how much I know. I think I read Kapula even though it obviously says Kiawah. I guess it's all the cold weather. I must have been dreaming.

Weak field for sure, but the women took care of business and won by 14 shots over second place Penn St. Some of the teams there were very, very bad: there were 14 teams that finished from 101-over par to 198-over. We shot +28.
