Chuck Landon brought up an interesting point today that Lebo and Herrion have pretty much the same CUSA won - loss record yet ECU gave Lebo an extension and MU fans want Herrion fired. I never realized the ECU program was historically that bad.

Not sure what point you are trying to make with that post here but YES, ECU men's hoops has been abysmal for a LONG TIME. Lebo is finally giving it a shot at life and hop again. That said, if he manages to pull out back to back winning seasons then I bet the expectations for next year are NIT at worst.

*FWIW, it took me a minute to realize you meant your Herrion versus Bill Herrion who do great things on our home court in CUSA 1.0, the problem was, he couldn't win on the road to save his life in conference play.

I didn't like the extension but I don't want Lebo fired either. There is a big difference though in the programs the two had taken over. Donnie Jones had already turned Marshall around and left good players. Herrion took over a program that had won 24 games the year before not 10 like Lebo. So yeah while they have been similar our program is overall is still better than it was. Herrion just keeps sinking yours.
