GO STANGS!!! Will be getting my "drink on" at the game

Hoping for a low scoring game which should increase UCF's chances of an upset.

In the game in Orlando, it was a low scoring game that was tied early in the 2nd half when UCF's Sykes had to leave the game because of injury, and after that happened, UCF's offense stalled and SMU pulled away for the W.

Will be interesting to see how UCF's new Big Man (McBride), who didn't play in the first game, will do against SMU's bigs...and how many mins he will play (if he struggles on D, he won't play much, like in the Rutgers game, who's bigs were too quick).

UCF, even though a poor FT shooting team, will have to get to the FT line in the first half...get SMU's bigs into foul trouble.

Going back 10-20 years, UCF's main problems when playing on the road is settling for 3's and not getting the ball down low...and sometimes only shooting only 0 to 2 or 3 FT's in the first halfs.

Looking forward to a fun game later today.

Yanick Moreira will be available today for SMU, so each team has an extra big compared to the January game in Orlando

we'll lose by 15 but might keep it close in the first half. SMU is very very good at home. Last game we were winning a close game until Sykes left the game with a concussion.

McBride looks bigger in person than he does on TV

It was nice. Intimate. I can see how when it's full it would be pretty loud. The SMU fans were pleasant. Except for UCF looking terrible for long stretches, it was a good experience.
